Doesn't seem to be a lot of interest in GIMP.  I'd rather use PS myself but I can't afford to spend that kind of cash on learning how to use a program. :)

Is PhotoShop that much better or have people learned how to use it and stick with it.

I don't know a LOT about PS but I've barely opened GIMP.  I have a lot of faith in Open Source programs and like to support them when possible.

Hi Flirtilizer and welcome to UC.. I think that GIMP is a damn good piece of software, I think it can do anything PS can do, it just does it differently. In regards to learning PS I usually get tuts off the web, video tuts are usually really good for me.
